the coffee of the Manawatu.
Ebony Coffee Company was started in 1996 and is located in Palmerston North. We roast our coffee with an Italian made Petroncini of 30 kg capacity. We sell to cafe's and resaurants and to the public directly from our factory.
We select only premium quality green-bean stock and tumble roast them to
perfection.
Our barista trainer is an approved HSI assessor and all our training is to HSI standards.

We win bronze at the 2010 NZ Coffee Awards for our Windy Ridge
Organic # 5 blend. We always thought that this coffee was
special.
